2. Participation and Entry:

   - To enter the giveaway, participants must register a unique '.MXC' Name through the MXC Name Service (MNS).

   - Each registered '.MXC' Name will be automatically entered into the Oculus Quest 2 giveaway.

   - Multiple registrations by the same participant using different names will not increase the chances of winning.

   - The competition will run from: August 18, 2023 

   - The competition will end: September 1, 2023

3. Winner Selection:

   - The winners will be selected at random from the pool of registered '.MXC' Names.

   - MXC Foundation will use a random selection process to determine the winners, ensuring fairness and impartiality.

   - Winners will be announced via the “X” platform where verification will be conducted.

4. Prize Distribution:

   - The selected winners will be notified via the email address provided during the '.MXC' Name registration process.

   - Each winner will receive one Oculus Quest 2 prize.

   - The prize cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, or monetary compensation.

5. Public Announcement:

   - The selected winners' '.MXC' Names will be publicly announced on MXC Foundation's official website and social media channels.

6. Privacy and Data Usage:

   - Participants' personal data provided during the '.MXC' Name registration will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with MXC Foundation's privacy policy.

   - Participant information will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent.

7. Disqualification:

   - Any attempt to manipulate the campaign, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification from the giveaway.

8. Campaign Period:

   - The campaign period will be specified at the beginning of the campaign, and all eligible participants who register a '.MXC' Name during this timeframe will be automatically entered.

9. Liability:

   - MXC Foundation reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

   - Participants enter the campaign at their own risk, and MXC Foundation shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the giveaway.

10. Agreement to Terms:

    - By participating in the campaign and registering a '.MXC' Name, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
