1. Eligibility:

   - The campaign is open to all holders of native MXC tokens on the zkEVM Mainnet, who have successfully bridged their MXC from Ethereum to our mainnet via erc20.mxc.com.

   - Participants must be of legal age in their respective countries to be eligible for the giveaway.

   - All eligible participants are automatically entered into the Oculus giveaway.

   - No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

3. Winner Selection:

   - MXC Foundation will randomly select three wallet addresses from the pool of eligible participants.

   - The winners will be determined by checking the blockchain smart contract to ensure transparency and fairness.

4. Prize Distribution:

   - Each winner will be notified via on-chain messaging and email.

   - The winners will receive their Oculus prize directly from MXC Foundation.

   - The prize cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, or monetary compensation.

5. Public Announcement:

   - The selected wallet addresses of the winners will be publicly announced on MXC Foundation's official website and social media channels.

6. Privacy and Data Usage:

   - Participants' personal data will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with MXC Foundation's privacy policy.

   - Participant information will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent.

   - Any attempt to manipulate the campaign, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification from the giveaway.
